Who we are
Roxton is an ambitious, dynamic and sustainable Land & Property Development services business. Our principal purpose is to add value through effective development solutions and rigorous project management.

Drawing from long and successful careers at top-tier Developers, Housebuilders, Consultancies and Investors, the team are ingrained with meticulous and disciplined PLC processes, attention to detail and exacting standards, whilst remaining nimble and adaptable to individual landowner requirements, project dynamics and emerging market trends.

Ben Marsh
Ben graduated with BSc (Hons) in Land Management at the University of Reading before gaining 17 years of residential and mixed-use development experience at best-in-class public and privately owned developers, including 10 years as Land and Development Director at The Berkeley Group, Crest Nicholson and Regal London.
He specialises in optimising the development value and deliverability of each unique project, by combining client requirements with rigorous attention to detail, creative thinking and strategic planning. From structuring and negotiating acquisition and joint venture agreements, to assembling and leading project teams highly effectively, Ben provides strong business acumen and excellent leadership skills to the company.
Outside of work, Ben loves nothing more than time outdoors with his family, watersports and golf.
Charlie Noblet MRICS
Charlie has almost 20 years of Project Management experience delivering projects on behalf of leading developers, funds and tenants with previous clients including Legal & General, Schroders, Related Argent and Native Land. Charlie is a former Partner at leading construction consultancy, Gardiner & Theobald.
His experience covers a wide range of projects and sectors including residential, mixed-use and film studios, particularly those procured via a Design & Build route.
He has significant pre and post contract experience, gained from leading and managing schemes from early concept design through to planning, main contractor procurement, delivery and handover. Charlie drives value through every step of the design and construction process.
Outside of work, Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and watching or playing sport.
Will Banbury
Will graduated with BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University. He has since gained in excess of 12 years experience within the investment and development sector, focused primarily on delivering ‘value-add’ business plans across the living sectors and industrial markets at Crest Nicholson, Criterion Capital and Urban & Provincial.
​He offers a wealth of experience to clients across varying asset size and class, specialising in identifying and structuring acquisitions, procuring advantageous equity and debt solutions and overseeing major planning applications.
Outside of work Will can be found on the golf course, watching most sports and with his wife and two daughters.
